ASLOK XXIII Preregistration Information

NOTE:  NEW HOTEL!  ASLOK XXIII is moving to the Holiday Inn Airport for 2008.  Make sure to go to the right Hotel...

Pre-registering for ASLOK is highly recommended, convenient and offers the following benefits to the ASLOK attendee:

  • Reserve a spot in one of your preferred "Mark Nixon" Minis (W/F/Sa) or Thursday Theme tourneys [NOTE: mini registration will be limited to the number actually filled last year - although if you're there at 8AM, we'll get you in a mini regardless]
  • Save $5 in admission costs
  • Reserve a souvenir ASLOK XXIII T-Shirt, in the correct size, featuring original artwork by Bill Sisler [Small & Youth sizes available by special request.]
  • Let everyone know you'll be at ASLOK XXIII (ASLOK XXIII Pre-Reg List ) [Pre-Reg List Updated thru 13 AUG '08 - 63 already registered!]

Pre-registration is available via regular mail OR by using PayPal, allowing credit card usage, and e-mail.

If registering via PayPal, please note the following:

  • Payments will be to damavs@alltel.net (Bret Hildebran)
  • ASLOK Admission & T-Shirt purchases are separate and will require a transaction for each
  • You will need to manually navigate back to the www.aslok.org web page after purchasing via PayPal
  • Be sure to send an email w/your name, address and "Mark Nixon" Mini/Thursday Theme preferences to damavs@alltel.net to complete the pre-registration
  • Do note that you can pay via PayPal w/o joining PayPal as long as you have a credit card.
